I had the privilege of photographing the Lehigh Wheelmen Association's 2012 Donut Derby. This 35 mile race offers a wonderful twist--for every Krispy Kreme donut consumed at the Bowers rest stop, 3 minutes are deducted from the rider's time. Heaving results in disqualification! All in all a great event. And this year the rains held off until all but the last few riders rolled in.
